Fish Skin Leathers
The hot fashion material in exotics is fish skin leathers. Salmon, Perch, Tilapia, basically any fish skin can be tanned, dyed, then used to make beautiful fashion accessories. The material is remarkably strong and rich in texture. It resembles the look of the reptilian family and is equally as interesting. The fish leathers, however, are eco-friendly.
The Natural Light is introducing two new lamps made of fish skin leathers. The leather is dyed a cognac brown that is sophisticated yet has a rugged quality. The Circe / #5773 is a square column lamp and the Calypso / #5774 has a slight oval column profile, each perfectly suited and sized for desk lamps. Both lamps sit atop antique brass mountings and are finished with drum shades in an Oatmeal Linen fabric.
